The existing
windows consist of one over one double hung wood windows, and two fixed wood oval windows. I photographed each window
of the structure and found six (6) windows to be deteriorated beyond repair. The structure has triple track aluminum storm
windows but many of the sashes are missing or broken which has allowed the elements to enter and moisture to slowly
deteriorate sashes and sills. There has been some severe settling to the house as a whole which has resulted in buckling of some
of the floors. Two of the windows are out of square and although not deteriorated, will more than likely require some additional
5
