Outline of the upcoming documentation <br />I believe the simplest categorization of the issues is to divide them into three categories: <br />1. Issue from prior to our-ownership <br />1. Original barn demolition <br />2. Issues from our work prior to awareness of appropriateness <br />a) Restorations <br />1. Green space <br />2. Garage side wall <br />3. Corn crib <br />4. Brush pile <br />b) Improvements <br />1. Exterior above - ground electric conversion to underground <br />2. Fence row, brush and barn wood <br />c) Enhancements <br />1. Basement bedroom <br />2. Basement egress <br />3. Basement bathroom <br />4. Summer kitchen/cottage <br />5. Gravel drive <br />6. Dumpster pad <br />3. Prospective projects for which we will responsibly seek approval <br />1. Neighbor fence <br />2. Portico <br />3. Corn crib barn <br />4. Windmill <br />5. Silo cap <br />Karen and I stand as optimistically as possible, but on shaky ground that is respectfully managed by <br />your process and good graces. We have an outlook that truly is in line with what the Historic <br />Preservation Commission would look for in the ideal property owner — a family who desires to respect, <br />maintain and uphold the venerable nature of a historic home, and to be an example to others in right <br />ways of handling this special responsibility. <br />Let me begin... <br />
