C. MISCELLANEOUS <br />President Klusczinski recommended that the Legal Affairs Committee review the job description <br />for the Deputy Director and the contract for the Preservation Specialist at their earliest <br />convenience and that the Commission ratify that directive. Commissioner Gordon moved "for the <br />Legal Affairs Committee to review or possibly revise the job description for the Deputy Director <br />and the contract for the Preservation Specialist as soon as feasible." Seconded by Commissioner <br />Gelfman. All in favor, none opposed. Adopted 7-0 <br />Commissioner Anderson moved to establish a special committee for the Deputy Director search <br />immediately and consisting of the commission as a whole, with a special invitation to Elicia <br />Feasel, second by Commissioner Hertel. No further discussion. Motion carried 7-0. President <br />Klusczinski made a recommendation that Commissioner Gelfman Chair the Deputy Director <br />Search Committee and she accepted. <br />No further Business regarding Executive Director. Commissioner Gelfman inquired about <br />notification letters. President Klusczinski responded that he would send a letter immediately to <br />Elicia Feasel, informing her that she was officially named as successor and ask for her <br />acceptance. <br />President Klusczinski thanked Chairman Gordon of the Legal Affairs Committee, and Chairwoman <br />Gelfman of the Executive Director Selection Committee for their hard work reviewing and rewriting <br />the job descriptions as well as reviewing the candidates"for the position and arriving at a decision in a <br />timely fashion. 11 <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Gelfman made a motion for adjournment, second by Commissioner Hertel. All in <br />favor, none opposed.
