This agreement covers <br />programs that use funds originating from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development for which HUD has delegated compliance responsibility pursuant to 24 CFR Part <br />58. The City prepared this document in accordance with 36 CFR Section 800.14(b)(2) using a <br />template developed in consultation with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division <br />of Historic Preservation and Archaeology (DHPA). <br />Pursuant to 36 CFR Section 800.6(a)(1)(iii), we request that the ACHP advise the City whether it <br />will participate in the development and execution of this agreement within fifteen days of receipt <br />of this notice. Given the time -sensitive nature of projects to be completed under programs <br />covered by this agreement, the City desires to move forward with execution and implementation <br />of this agreement as quickly as possible.
