Programmatic Agreement (eff 1-1-16) 004.docx; Indiana Mode1PA_ 2015_cities.docx; Ltr to ACHP.pdf; Ltrs to Consulting Parties.pdf The City of South Bend currently has a programmatic agreement with the Historic Preservation Commission for the purpose of Section 106 Reviews for HUD -assisted programs. That agreement needs to be renewed by 12/31/15. spoke with Tina, and she suggested I email the draft version of the updated agreement (attached). It is based on a template provided by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (attached), and has undergone review/markup by the City's Legal Department. It will be returned to the State Historic Preservation Officer for further review. I'm requesting that you also examine the agreement and provide comments/suggestions. I will relay them to the SHPO for consideration in the final document. Letters have been sent to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and other potential consulting parties, inviting their participation (attached). The goal is to have a final document by November 13th to allow time for all parties to sign before the agreement goes to the Board of Public Works in December.
