Indiana Bicentennial — On a motion by Tom Gordon with a second by Kevin Buccellato to establish a special committee to be chaired by Commissioner Hertel and to include Commissioner Gordon, Commissioner Voll, Commissioner Buccellato, and Commissioner Klusczinski with an invitation extended to Commissioner Anderson. n
