CALL TO ORDER President Klusczinski called the meeting to order at 5:42 p.m. Members Present: Timothy S. Klusczinski, Mike Voll, David Steinhauer, Lynn Patrick, Kevin Buccellato, Alice McLane Members Absent: Sandra Rossow, Jerry Niezgodski Staff Present: Larry Meteiver, Legal Counsel; Catherine Hostetler, Director; Elicia Feasel, Assistant Director Members of the Public Present: Francisco Gonzalez, Antonio, Abby from AJ Construction; William Hostetler and Charles Jevremovic II. PUBLIC HEARING A. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS 1.612-614 Carroll COA#2012-0314 Taylor's Field Representation by Francisco Gonzalez, Owner and Antonio Windows were removed and openings were modified by owner without a building permit or COA. Building Dept. issued Red Tag Stop Work Order pending HPC review. Public hearing was held at the April 16, 2012 meeting: "On a motion by Jerry Niezgodski with a second by Mike Voll to continue the application with the condition that applicant work with Staff to obtain a suitable quote to get windows appropriate to the house and for Staff to give an opinion on the opinion on the original window style". On a motion by Mike Voll with a second by Dave Steinhauer to approve application with the condition that applicant will perform necessary carpentry work utilizing HPC stock windows to reconstruct windows as staff recommended, replicating the original look (that can still be realized on the south side of the duplex building). Vote: 6 — 0 Unanimous.
