With regards to color selection, Andres indicated that his preference would be to retain the <br />existing light blue /green color of the windows. <br />11. Hartz asked the process for approval by the HPC. Hostetler indicated that an application and <br />presentation to the Commission would need to be done prior to the issuance of a C of A. The <br />C of A is valid for one year, but could be extended as needed, providing the scope of work <br />does not change. In the event that state or federal funds are used, the HPC will submit the <br />proposed work to the appropriate authority. Hostetler advised that David Duvall (Indiana <br />DNR, Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology) be contacted to discuss the <br />proposed renovation if state or federal approval is necessary. <br />'• <br />Christopher R.
