PROPOSED IN-KIND REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PORCH <br />AND FRONT STEPS AT JEFFERSON SCHOOL AND REMOVAL OF TREES AT <br />MONROE <br />15 October Mike Szymanski of the SBCSC Building Service Department came to the <br />Office with photographs and documentation for the repair work on <br />Jefferson School. Staff had spoken to him earlier in the month concerning <br />this project. A RME COA was issued for the in-kind replacement of the <br />three 5' limestone steps in the front and for the in-kind re -build of the <br />landing and steps on the northtivest side of the front fagade and the re -use <br />of the handrail. <br />On the recommendation ofMiramontes Tree Service Staff issued an RME <br />COA for the removal of dying maple tree on the Carol side of Monroe <br />School and an invasive elm at the west side of the rear parking lot. The <br />maple tree will be replaced. <br />
