We have prepared the following recommendations for your review, If we can be of service to you, please return a signed copy of this Proposal as soon as possible. For trimming and removal services, we will call you the week prior to when your job is scheduled to inform you of the day the crew will arrive. I'lease note: treatments recommendett to be done on a "semi-annual", "annual". We do this for the continued optimum health of your trees and so that none are missed. You may discontinue the service at any time with a note or call to our office prior to the treatment being done. Remove oak in back within the next year as it is dying due to armillaria root rot and it is uncertain as to how much decay may be present in the roots or lower trunk area, grind stump = $3200.00 Note: You should probably expect some lawn damage (divots, wear and tear on the lawn, and from the stump grinding) in our getting this out. We can bring in black dirt and seed and regrade where necessary. We would need a copy of the I Iistorical Preservation Society approval to do this. 2. Regarding the walnut in front, with its size and proximity to the nearby homes, you may want to contemplate removing the tree as there are nurnerous cavities throughout, grind stump = $3300.00 Note: This would be the only way to remove all risk of this tree failing onto homes.
