ALTERATIONS: Minor alterations include: Enclosure of back porch. - Alteration made before 1932 per assessor card. Addition of wood shingle style siding to entire exterior. - Alteration made after 1949 update to assessor card, owner estimates circa 1970s. Addition of chimney on east side of the house. -Date of alteration unknown. Enclosure of second floor sleeping porch. -Date of alteration unknown.' APPLICATION ITEMS: New wood deck ; replacing chain link fence with wood French Gothic picket ,remove and save existing window and install French doors with transom. Install small porch canopy for new doors. Install (4). new aluminum clad with wood interior Pella windows to replace (1) vinyl window and a melamine door. Remove 1970's cedar shingle from rear elevation. Remove lap siding from rear elevation and install rigid insulation and new Hardie lap siding to match the original (clapboard) siding. New exterior trim work fitting for the Queen Anne style. Replace deteriorated sliding garage doors with (2) paneled garage doors. See other notes on plan. DISCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: The owner /petitioner, Tony Bajuyo will be the contractor for this project which includes: 1. Building a new wood 20' 1" wide wood deck projecting 11' 1" from the rear of the house. (Exhibit A). To create access to the deck, 8'9" tall x 6' wide french doors will be added to the rear of the house. Reliabilt Doors and Windows is the manufacturer (Exhibit B). The window that will be removed for the installation of the doors will be stored by the homeowner. The transom will be built and installed by the homeowner. A small porch canopy, extending 4'4" from the rear of the house will be added over the doors. Trim work, appropriate to the Queen Anne style, is also part of the canopy design. {Exhibit A} The deck will also adjoin the enclosed and deteriorating back porch (non - original, see list of alterations/Exhibit C) of the house resulting in the addition of (4) new
