Both windows are to be replaced. <br />Double Hung Wood Windows with Bare Aluminum Storms - 2 <br />Request: Replace. <br />Condition: The kitchen window shown in Fig. 14(a) and (b) has a broken sash cord for the lower sash. The <br />top of the lower sash and the bottom of the upper sash do not align properly when the window is closed, so <br />the previous owner placed a wood shim underneath the locking hardware to be able to lock the window. The <br />nursery window shown in Fig. 14(c) and (d) has the same problem of sash misalignment when the window <br />is closed, and the top sash does not move. <br />Replacement: Marvin Ultimate Insert Double Hung wood windows <br />Dimensions: 32" x 45" and 34" x 55" <br />Photographs: See Fig. 14 <br />17 <br />
