All three windows are to be repaired and retained. <br />Double Hung Wood Windows with Wood Storms - 3 <br />Request: None. Windows will be retained and repaired to seal properly but not open. <br />Condition: All three windows are painted shut, and wooden storms are fixed in place. Sash cords, sash <br />pulleys, and hardware are all missing entirely. Windows are not functional and will not be made functional <br />despite inspector's recommendation. These arched top windows are the essence of the historic look of the <br />house, which is why they are to be retained even though they will not be functional. <br />Replacement: Not applicable <br />Dimensions: 22" x 72" and 32" x 76" <br />Photographs: See Fig. 3 <br />
