DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />JUNE, 2007 <br />May 22 Official Bridge Lighting for the Leeper Park Bridge <br />May 24 Meeting: Executive Committee of the Botanical Society <br />May 31 Attended Roland Kelly's Funeral at Notre Dame; Botanical Society <br />Membership Meeting at 6:00. <br />June 1 Attended Mayor's News Conference of the Windows on the River at <br />Century Center <br />June 4 Attended/Participated in the SBCSC Board Meeting concerning the bond <br />issue and the demolition of Marquette School <br />June 11 City Celebration Meeting with Mikki Dobski-Shidler, Jennifer and Amy <br />concerning Fun by the Fountain and Park After Dark. Presented before the <br />Committee of Zoning and Annexation concerning their role and <br />importance of Marquette School being saved as a Landmark <br />June 13 City Celebration Meeting with Mikki, Amy and Jennifer on Fun By the <br />Fountain and Park After Dark. Created a template for an Event planning <br />check list and Submitted it to Mikki for review. Contacted' Digger Phelps <br />for assistance on Marquette School landmarking. <br />June 14 Interviewed for Senior Life Magazine about Historic Preservation <br />Commission at the Morris Bistro. Met with Bruce Haupert and the <br />O'Connor's on the Talley House COA. Executive Committee meeting of <br />the BSSB at Howard Park General Store. <br />June 15 Staff Meeting with Wayne and Amy. Discussed projects problem <br />properties, grants and Office issues and organization. <br />,June 18 Attended/Participated in SBCSC Board of Trustees meeting. <br />
