Lafayette Blvd. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />RE: Christian Science Reading Room <br />106 North Main Street <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Ms. Hammond — Nash, <br />City Awning requests permission to install an awning above the main entrance and store front of the <br />Christian Science Reading Room that is located at 106 N. Main Street in South Bend, IN. The awning will <br />be a triangular design. The awnings will project out over the city sidewalk. <br />Measurements are as follows; <br />1. .The front of the awning will project a maximum of 5 feet from the front edge of the <br />building. <br />2. The distance from the sidewalk to the bottom of the awning will be 8 feet, 6 inches. <br />3. The frames of the awning will consist of 1" welded aluminum extrusions; rafters and <br />braces will be spaced equally apart. <br />4. The canopy fabric will be manufactured out of a Sunbrella Seamark fabric. <br />5. White polystyrene "Eggcrate" bottom panels will be installed along the bottom of the <br />awnings. <br />6.
