CALL TO ORDER <br />JOHN OXIAN: Called the meeting to order at 7:35. <br />GERALD UJDAK: Makes a motion to add two additional items to the agenda. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: Seconds the motion and the motion carries unanimously. <br />II. CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />1. 2002-0925; 1217 East Wayne Street North; build 30' x 16' <br />addition behind the house. <br />KAREN HAMMOND-NASH: Staff recommends approval of the application, as shown <br />in the attached drawings, with the following conditions: <br />A -The roof, -eaves, gutters, -and siding match or replicate that siding originally used <br />
