The site and structure fulfills criteria #1 as an excellent example of the Dutch Colonial <br />style of architecture, which was very popular in this area during the 1920s. The structure <br />is currently rated a C/9 in the Indiana Historic Sites and Structures Inventory, but could <br />be easily re -rated to an S/11. <br />The site and structure fulfills criteria #2 by_the integrity -of its original construction with <br />virtually no changes in the past eighty years. <br />The site and structure fulfills criteria #3 with its association with Deputy Attorney,.Paul <br />Paden and Deputy Prosecutor Leo Cook. <br />3 <br />
