October 13, 1998 <br />Dear Sir, <br />SUBJECT. NON -REPAIRABLE COMPUTER <br />This letter is to inform you that the computer you sent us to repair on Friday October 9, 1998, is not <br />repairable. There are defective sectors on the hard disk which will not allow us to access or to wrtie new <br />data to this surface. We were able to retrieve approximately 20% of the data stored on this computer, <br />which we have.delivered to you.
