CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS STAFF REPORT <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The shed addition to the garage is discreetly concealed from view from the, <br />street, being on the interior yard side of the building and located toward the <br />rear of that elevation. Although this incidental addition appears to be <br />approximately 50 years old, it is not of primary significance to the house or <br />the district. <br />Replacement of the nominally flat metal roof with a pitched roof which is more <br />compatible with other structures located at the site is consistent with the <br />guidelines and Staff recommends approval. <br />DBD <br />5/12/98 <br />
