Mrs. Fritschner asked if anything could be done to solve or better this <br />situation. Mr. Oxian stated that all the houses that Memorial Hospital owned <br />along St. Joseph Street have been turned over to the Near' Northwest <br />Neighborhood Association. There some discussion over which houses were turned <br />over and when. Mr. Oxian suggested that Mrs. Fritschner work with the Near <br />Northwest Association to get them to acquire the house from Memorial Hospital <br />for rehabilitation. Mrs. Hostetler suggested that the commission send <br />Memorial Hospital a minimum maintenance letter, in the hopes that they will <br />repair the house. There was some discussion over the' location of the house <br />and Memorials desire to unload the houses that they own in that area. <br />Mrs. DesLauriers asked if there was anything happening with regard to the <br />erosion problem around the island. Mr. .Oxian stated that nothing new has <br />occurred. <br />VIII. Announcements & Miscellaneous.Matters <br />none <br />IX.
