This work shall be coordinated with the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph County. & New furnishings and objects should be ,designed using vandal resistant standards. 9. Location of signs shall be guided by a master plan. 10. Signs shall conform to a simple sign system. 11. Existing non -conforming signs should be removed. 12.
