Remove three evergreen trees and various
shrubs along west and south facades of main house.
Mr. Pastor reported that, based on survey photos
from 1976, the trees/shrubs were not original;
also, they appeared to be encroaching on the
house.
Mr. Eide moved to approve the removal; Mr.
Herendeen seconded the motion; motion approved
unanimously.
b. Reroof main*house with 3 -in -1 tab asphalt
shingles. The C of A committee recommended a
modified proposal; replace the 1/1 double hung
sash with a fully -glazed 1 -leaf door instead of a
2 -leaf patio door. This would preserve the width
of the original opening. Also, the deck should be
freestanding, removable, and should have
spindlework mirroring the spindiework in front of
the house.
