As per <br />clause ten of my current contract with the Commission, I am giving fifteen working days <br />notice as of the date of this letter; my last day of employment will be Friday, August 28, <br />1992. <br />I would like to congratulate the Commission for its accomplishments in the <br />preservation of the community's architectural and historic resources, at times in the <br />face of much adversity. The role of preservation in the planning process has proven, <br />despite all claims to the contrary, that these resources are a vital part of a healthy, <br />viable, and attractive community.
