Mr. <br />Pastor described the proposal. <br />Mrs. Sporleder suggested that the applicants might be <br />constrained by set -backs of the adjoining property. Mrs. Treat <br />said that she was given approval by Area Plan Commission. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the proposal as submitted. Ms. <br />Van Dalsen seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. <br />Mrs. Sporleder remarked that the fence must be no farther than <br />the front set -back, whatever the Area Plan approval might be. <br />IV.
