MINUTES <br />Third Floor Conference Room County -City Building <br />7:30 p.m. --Regular Montly Meeting <br />September 16, 1991 <br />I. Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Janeanne <br />Petrass, Mr. Bill kWelsheimer, Mrs. Martha <br />Choitz, Mr. Jed Eide, Mrs: Jean Dennen, Mr. Herb <br />Herendeen, Mrs. Lori Dixon, Mr. James Pastor -- <br />Survey Manager, Ms. Aladean DeRose--City Attorney. <br />Members Absent: Mr. Odell Newburn. <br />Also Present: Ms. Barbara Steele --Southold <br />Restorations, Mr. Kevin Boughal--South Bend <br />Tribune, Mr. William Weaver --Southern Hotel, <br />Mr. James Galvas. <br />III. Public Hearing <br />A. Public hearing re. 1716 E. Wayne was tabled. <br />IV. Regular Business <br />A. Minutes. <br />Mr. Oxian reported that last month's minutes were <br />not available. Tabled. <br />B. Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Dixon reported a negative balance which she <br />said would disappear once a state -approved <br />appropriation, granted in mid-August, cleared the <br />red tape at state level. She expects final <br />approval by Oct. 1. Mr. Herendeen moved to accept <br />the treasurer's report as sent: Mrs. Petrass <br />seconded; passed. <br />D. Correspondence <br />Dixon reported nothing out of the ordinary; <br />catalogs, magazines, and the like. <br />E. Committee Reports. <br />1. Certificates of Appropriateness <br />1341 E. Wayne Street. Mr. Pastor reported <br />that three committee members had met with the <br />owner and agreed upon new plans for the <br />construction of an addition. The new plans, <br />
