Explanation of 1990 Budget
Mrs Dixon reported that the Commission
members were sent an explanation of the
unusual circumstances regarding the 1990
budget, as well as a copy of the 1991
budgetary projection and asked if there
were any questions. None were voiced.
b. There-
fore, the Commission would be within
proper procedures to donate the computer
to the group.
Mrs. Choitz moved to donate the computer
to the Near Northwest Neighborhood
organization. Mrs. Petrass seconded.
Motion approved by a vote of six in
favor. one abstaining (Mr. Oxian).
3. Legal
a. C. of A.
