Bldg. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Ms. Booker: <br />At its monthly meeting on December 17, 1990, the Historic Preservation Commission <br />reviewed your attendance record for the period of September 20, 1990 to the present. <br />As per our discussion last week, I stagedithat`you were unsatisfied with the number <br />of hours and rate of pay for the position and suggested that you might prefer working <br />part time. <br />The Commission took these suggestions into consideration, but determined that it <br />would be appropriate to teminate your contract in full as of January 1, 1991. <br />According to Clause VIII. of your contract with the Commission, you shall be compen- <br />sated for work performed through December 31, 1990, as well as for the Christmas <br />holidays. <br />Thank you for your services to the Commission this year. <br />Sincerely, <br />Lori A.
