Meeting Report <br />Commission <br />Survey Office 9:00 a.m. 6-12-78 <br />NamO of committee -place time date <br />"rzon,s in attendance <br />Price, Wasielewski, Eckerle, Peck, Crumlish <br />I <br />Agenda <br />Further negotiate city contract. <br />Decisions <br />It was agreed provided the state concurs <br />a. Consultant will complete field work in all load area not already covered, and <br />identify all structures of 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13, and complete a local survey <br />on all superior structures and map all 9 - 13 structures. <br />b. The Commission staff will assist in filling out local cards and will transfer <br />proper information to state cards. <br />,.�c,. Consultant will provide 3 photos of all superior structures to meet state needs. <br />d. The Commission, assisted by advice from consultant, will identify all potential <br />local, state,and national districts. The 'Historic Preservation Commission will <br />also identify individual landmarks of state or national significance. <br />e. The preservation plan will be based on survey, and inventory and developed by <br />Survey/Pres. Plan Corunittee. <br />f. It would be the intent to publish both city and county inventory and plan. <br />These plans and arrangements are contingent on state's willingness to provide <br />$12,,000.00 in grant funds and the Historic Preservation Commission to provide <br />staff time to complete necessary details of completing survey. This would include <br />historic research. <br />Action <br />Consultant agreed to speak with Richard Gantz about several technical problems <br />which might occur with the state.
