NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />C. continued... <br />Mr. Piasecki, although he would have liked <br />to see the work split between the two <br />companies, agreed that, if he had to choose <br />one, it was Coldwell Banker. <br />Both Mr. Ellison and Ms. Litell agreed that, <br />the decision being made on who will market <br />the property, they could both work together <br />in the market place to sell it. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, FROM COLDWELL BANKER FOR REAL <br />the Commission approved the proposal from ESTATE SERVICES FOR COMMISSION <br />Coldwell Banker for Real Estate Services for PROPERTY <br />Commission property. <br />d. Staff report on disposition of land in the <br />Sample - Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Okafor noted that Richard Allen <br />submitted a counter offer for Disposition <br />Parcel 23 in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. The property is located at Main and <br />Broadway. Mr. Allen proposes to construct, <br />initially eight units of flexible light industrial <br />space. The construction will be carried out <br />in two phases. Phase one will be the eight <br />units, the curbs, sidewalks and landscaping, <br />breaking ground in November 1993. The <br />second phase will be four additional units. <br />Completion of Phase I will be within eight <br />months of ground breaking. Total project <br />cost will be $375,500. The staff <br />recommends approving the proposal. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the minimum bid <br />price for this property was $40,500. Mr. <br />-49- <br />
