But <br />we will try to accommodate that. <br />MS. POLACK: (Turning to the rest of the <br />audience) And do you want your purchase <br />contracts as soon as possible? So you know <br />what you are doing? <br />Ms. xoLATA: We are trying. And that is my <br />comment about trying to put it on a fast <br />track and sending them as rapidly as we can. <br />But we can't send them any faster than we <br />get the appraisals in. We have to read the <br />appraisals and we have to review them. <br />And I will defy anybody to read 400 <br />appraisals over night. You cannot do that. <br />And we have to review them. We have to <br />make sure that our appraisals are in, that we <br />have read them, that the staff has reviewed <br />them. We will do them as rapidly as we <br />can. We will send purchase offers as <br />rapidly as we can. But I can't guarantee <br />what day that's going to be. And we will <br />try to do that as rapidly as possible. <br />One, thing, if you do get a purchase offer <br />and you know of a piece of property that <br />you want to move to, then you need to give <br />a response on that other piece of property, <br />then you need to get back to us pretty <br />rapidly and let us know that, too. I mean, if <br />you've got a house out there that you want <br />to move into, don't wait the thirty days. <br />The other thing I take exception to is that I <br />said that the ninety -day period begins when <br />we take possession.
