It includes <br />rovements to the lighting fixtures on <br />th west side of the river between <br />le Street and Karl King Towers. A <br />nimber of the fixtures and poles in this <br />area have been damaged and deteriorated <br />or hidden by trees. The estimated cost <br />of this project is $128,800. <br />The fifth project is Morris Civic Plaza <br />rovements. It includes reconstruction <br />of existing improvements and construction <br />of new improvements. It includes partial <br />demolition of the existing plaza, mostly <br />cutting down the height of the brick <br />walls, and creating some seating areas. <br />Although the park is attractive, it is <br />riot a "people place." The inprovements <br />may include some reworking of the <br />f fain, the brick areas and the <br />li ts. The estimated cost of this <br />p 'ect is $456,350. <br />is <br />at <br />sixth project is construction of the <br />rd Park Wall.
