There <br />was no objection and the item was tabled <br />until the next meeting. <br />. Kolata noted that this agreement is <br />related to the skywalk that is to be <br />built between the IBM building and the <br />St. Joseph/Wayne parking garage. It is <br />an agreement whereby the Redevelopment <br />Authority will construct the walkway and <br />will make structural changes to the <br />building to allow the walkway to be <br />'lt. The owner of the building is <br />required to do the interior finish work <br />to the building. She showed plans for <br />connecting the walkway to the IBM <br />building.
