Mrs. <br />Ko ata explained the development that <br />ScftraTm Development proposes for the <br />pkm-cels. The property in question is <br />1 ted on Hill Street, just north of the <br />fo er Mint Julep restaurant. They have <br />Id igned a project that has sixteen <br />ts.
