The partners involved in the Mill Race Recreational Associates are Wallace F. Holladay, Sr., John T. Phair, Charles G. Clark, and Thomas C. Gibson. The proposed partners involved with the Clinton C. Hut hcraft Partnership located in Indianapolis would be Clinton E. Hutchcraft, Charles R. Gle,i, Patricia J. Sure, and Michael J.
