Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (13) Resolution No. 3067 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement with the <br /> Board of Public Works (Commerce Drive <br /> and Sheridan and Lincolnway Project— <br /> Supplement #1) <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the purpose of this <br /> supplement is to provide additional on-site <br /> work to identify and verify utility locations <br /> on both Commerce and Sheridan. <br /> Additionally, the projects (originally two <br /> separate projects) will be merged into one <br /> document for bidding purposes and the Rule <br /> 5 Permit for IDEM will be modified to <br /> reflect this change. The total budget scope <br /> change is estimated at $6,500. Staff requests <br /> approval of Resolution No. 3067 (Commerce <br /> Drive and Sheridan and Lincolnway Project, <br /> Supplement#1). <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.3067 <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3067 OF AN ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER AGENCY <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF PUBLIC <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of WORKS(COMMERCE DRIVE AND SHERIDAN AND <br /> an Addendum to the Master Agency LINCOLNWAY PROJECT-SUPPLEMENT#1) <br /> Agreement with the Board of Public Works <br /> (Commerce Drive and Sheridan and <br /> Lincolnway Project— Supplement#1) <br /> (14) Update on Data Realty development. <br /> Mr. Kain noted that in July 2011 the <br /> Commission made a commitment to cover <br /> the cost of the entire Data Realty Facade <br /> enhancement work as part of the land sale <br /> agreement.
