The property is <br /> a vacant lot and is next to other Commission <br /> owned properties. The property is now on <br /> the September 2012 County tax sale list and <br /> staff wishes to acquire it through the tax sale. <br /> Resolution No. 3065 sets the acquisition <br /> value of the property at $2,525, the average <br /> of two independent appraisals.
