I <br /> ICR-50 - HOME 91.520(d) <br /> Include the results of on-site inspections of affordable rental housing assisted under the <br /> Iprogram to determine compliance with housing codes and other applicable regulations <br /> Please list those projects that should have been inspected on-site this program year based upon <br /> I <br /> the schedule in §92.504(d). Indicate which of these were inspected and a summary of issues <br /> that were detected during the inspection. For those that were not inspected, please indicate <br /> Ithe reason and how you will remedy the situation. <br /> All HOME-assisted affordable rental housing facilities that were due for inspection in 2019 were <br /> Iinspected. The following units were inspected to confirm compliance with established housing codes: <br /> I <br /> YWCA Home to Women—12 of 12 units inspected, as well as the following: <br /> • Kitchen <br /> I • Dining room <br /> • Group rooms <br /> • Laundry <br /> I • Lounge <br /> • Mechanical room <br /> I • Offices <br /> • Restrooms <br /> No issues were found in any unit or in the common areas. <br /> East Bank Village Apartments—15 of 29 units and the common areas were inspected. Required repairs <br /> Iand/or issues to be addressed as noted below: <br /> I • Unit 102—Bi-fold closet door in kitchen needs repair <br /> • Unit 103—Missing ceiling tile <br /> • Unit 106—Missing escutcheon plate <br /> I • Unit 110—Bi-fold closet door in kitchen needs repair <br /> • Unit 111—Missing escutcheon plate <br /> • Unit 211—Missing Escutcheon plate <br /> • Unit 212— Kitchen light fixture needs repair <br /> • Unit 217—Missing escutcheon plate <br /> I • 1st floor corridor—Missing ceiling tile <br /> Oliver Apartments—16 of 32 units the common areas were inspected.
