"I r. -1 i. lD • Ni • Hearing on assessment rolls and final estimates for the Test Wayne Street brick pavement the East Colfax Avenue brick pavement and. thW Frances Street pipe sewer under Improvement Re solut ions Nos •45, 4G and 60 re spe ct ive ly • In regard to the assessments on East Colfax Avenue the assessment for the private alley which lies East and adjacent to 40 , feet off the west end of Lot 305 in Cottrell's First Addition the Board divide the assessment as follows: -George D and Anna Secor ?8.99 Sarah. J •Hewitt • '' 4.49 Henry McNabb •49 Michael Welsh 34.49 Ade lbe rt Stephenson ; 4.49 All of the above pC-1rties,except Secor,remonstrated against this apportionment•Remon— strators appeared and objected to the acceptance of the work at the Frances Street and Notre Dame Street intersections* The Board decided to correct at once all such de fects, and not being certain that the same were due to the fault of the contractor, not to postpone the confirmation of the estima.te•No other remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed* Accordingly the East Colfax Avenue assessment roll and final estimate were confirmed • In regard to the West Wayne Street pavement improvement no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed* �1.ccordingly the assessment roll and final estimate filed and allowed on July 8,1902 are confirmed• Also in regard to 31rances Street sewer no remonstrances being filed aid no remonstrators appearing the assess — rent roll and final estimate filed and approved on July 8,19 02 are accordingly confirmed • Hearing on the assessment of Isaac Farne man under Vacation he s olut i on No - 14 •The same is hereby cancelled in as much as Emil Schinke and said Farneman have paid all of the street assessments levied heretofore against the four feet vacated in these proceedings •
