December 16. 1901• <br />Board find that <br />it has no legal <br />right to pay city money <br />on the claim of Charles <br />Lockstidt as the city is <br />not liable for <br />the injury sustained by <br />him. <br />Petitions for electric lights corners of A and C and Van Buren streets referred <br />to street commissioner for a report. <br />Street commissioner reported having examined the Milburn ditch within the city <br />limits and having found the same in good shape and water flowing unimpeded. <br />Engineer reported having inspected the Dixon crematory at -Fort Wayne and having <br />found same highly satisfactory. <br />week. <br />This Board will adjourn on Tuesday December 24 at noon for the balance of that <br />In regard to Orange street opening word was received from Hon. James Reed, <br />warden of Michigan City prison that no such person as Napomocyna Koteras could be found <br />there.
