<br />CAUTION — PRECAUCION
<br />Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash
<br />thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing
<br />gum or using tobacco.
<br />THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
<br />(PPE) REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO SOD FARM USE ONLY
<br />Applicators and other handlers must wear:
<br />• Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
<br />• Chemical -resistant gloves (such as natural rubber selection category A)
<br />• Shoes and socks
<br />Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining personal protective
<br />equipment, PPE. If no such instructions for washables exists, use detergent and hot
<br />water, Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
<br />For Non-WPS USES: Applicators and other handlers who handle this product for any
<br />use not covered by WPS (40 CFR Part 170) - in general only agricultural plant uses
<br />are covered by WPS - must wear:
<br />• Shirt and pants
<br />• Chernical-resistant gloves (such as natural rubber selection category A)
<br />• Shoes plus socks
<br />Users should:
<br />• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.
<br />• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put
<br />on clean clothing.
<br />• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves
<br />before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean
<br />FIRST AID
<br />IF IN EYES - Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20
<br />minutes.
<br />- Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then
<br />continue rinsing eye.
<br />- Calla poison control center ror doctor for treatment advice.
<br />IF ON SKIN Take off contaminated clothing.
<br />OR - Rinse skin Immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes.

<br />This product is highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates.
<br />DO NOT apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to
<br />intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. DO NOT contaminate water when
<br />disposing of equipment washwaters ,
<br />This chemical demonstrates the properties and characteristics associated with
<br />chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this chemical in areas where soils are
<br />permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in groundwater
<br />contamination.
<br />To prevent contamination of the environment, DO NOT apply near water, storm drains,
<br />gutters or ditches. DO NOT apply when heavy rain or downpour is predicted for that
<br />day. Apply this product only to your lawn or garden, and sweep any product that lands
<br />on the driveway, sidewalk, or street, back onto the treated area of your lawn or garden.
<br />It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
<br />labeling.
<br />DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either
<br />directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
<br />For any requirement specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for
<br />pesticide regulation.
<br />AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection
<br />Standard, 40 CFR Part 170 This Standard contains requirements for the protection of
<br />agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of
<br />agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination,
<br />notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific instructions and
<br />exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about Personal Protective
<br />Equipment (PPE) and restricted -entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply
<br />to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard.
<br />00 NOT enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted -entry
<br />interval (REI) of 12 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is
<br />permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with
<br />anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is:

<br />NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />The requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within the
<br />scope of the Worker Protection Standard for agricultural pesticides (40 CFR Part
<br />170). The WPS applies when this product is used to produce agricultural plants on
<br />farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses.
<br />If watering -in of the product is necessary, DO NOT allow people or pets on treated
<br />areas until grass or soil is dry.
<br />Use this product for the control of listed soil inhabiting pests of turfgrass, such as
<br />Northern & Southern masked chafers, Cyclocephala borealis, immaculata, and/or C.
<br />ludda; Asiatic garden beetle, Maladera castanea; European chafer, Rhizotroqus
<br />majalis: May or June beetles, Phyllophaga spp.; Japanese beetle, Popillia japonica;
<br />Oriental beetle, Anomala orientalis; Billbugs, Sphenophorus spp_; Annual bluegrass
<br />weevil, Hyperodes spp.; Black turfgrass ataenius, Ataenius spretulus; Aphodius sop,;
<br />and mole crickets, Scapteriscus spp. Use this product as directed on turfgrass in
<br />residential lawns, business and office complexes, shopping complexes, multi-farnily
<br />residential complexes, golf courses, airports, cemeteries, parks, playgrounds, athletic
<br />fields and sod farms.
