FOLIAR APPLICATION <br />Restrictions <br />For all ornamentals except cut flowers, do not exceed a maximum single application rate of 85.3 fl oz product/acre (3.0 lb a.i./acre). <br />For cut flowers, do not exceed a maximum single application rate of 14.2 fl oz product/acre (0.5 lb a.i./acre). <br />For all foliar applications to ornamentals, do not apply more than 66.7 gallons product/acre per year (300 lb a.i./acre/year). <br />Disease(s) Controlled <br />Application Rate <br />fl oz Product/100 gal <br />Application Instructions <br />Anthracnose <br />12-20 <br />Apply as buds break or at first sign of disease. Repeat every 7-14 days <br />Monilinia, Sclerotinia, Whetzellinia <br />as needed during the disease period. <br />Fusicladium and Venturia Leaf <br />12-20 <br />Apply as buds break. Repeat every 7-14 days during disease <br />Scabs on: <br />period. Effective control requires coverage during leaf expansion. <br />Crabapple, Hawthorn, Pear, Mountain <br />Rotations and/or tank mix combinations with mancozeb (ProtectTm) <br />Ash, Pyracantha, etc. <br />chlorothalonil, or propiconazole can be utilized. <br />Restriction: Do not use fruit from treated crabapple or pear trees for <br />food purposes. <br />Leaf Spots and Blights caused by: <br />12-20 <br />Apply when disease symptoms first appear. Repeat every 7-14 days as <br />Ascochyta, Blumeriella, Botrytis, <br />needed during disease period. Rotations and/or tank mix combinations <br />Cercospora, Coccomyces, <br />with mancozeb (ProtectTA°) or chlorothalonil can be utilized. <br />Corynespora, Curvularia, Didymellina, <br />Entomosporium, Fabraea, Fusarium, <br />Ramularia, Rhizoctonia, Marssoninia, <br />Mycosphaerella, Myrothecium, Phoma, <br />Physalaspora, Schizothyrium, Septoria, <br />Sphaceloma <br />Ovulinia Blight <br />8-16 <br />Apply as flowers open. Repeat every 7-14 days during disease period. <br />Powdery Mildews <br />12-20 <br />Apply when disease first appears and repeat every 7-14 days during <br />Erysiphe, Microsphaera, Phyllactinia, <br />disease period. Rotations and/or tank mix combinations with <br />Podosphaera, Oidium, Sphaerotheca <br />mancozeb (Protect) or triadimefon can be utilized. <br />Rust Diseases caused by: <br />12-16 <br />Apply late spring or when symptoms first appear. Repeat every <br />Puccinia, Gymnosporangium, Uromyces <br />7-14 days as needed during disease period. Rotations and/or tank <br />mix combinations with mancozeb (Protect) or chlorothalonil are <br />recommended. <br />Tip Blight of Pine <br />16-20 <br />Begin applications in the spring when new growth starts. Make a <br />Sphaeropsis sapinea, Diplodia pinea <br />second application just prior to needle emergence from the sheath and <br />a third application 14 days later. Thorough coverage is essential for <br />optimal disease control. <br />Twig Blights, Cankers, and <br />16-20 <br />Apply when symptoms first appear. Repeat every 7-14 days as needed <br />Diebacks <br />during disease period. <br />Diaporthe, Kabatina, Phoma, <br />Phomopsis <br />
