<br />of certain. property under Condemnation Reewklution No.2.which list includes the n.amos of the
<br />owners and holders of property and interests therein naught to be taken or ben.efieia.l�or
<br />injuriously effected,ane? the discription of the several pieces ae�f property which is c fecteed
<br />by the said appropriation proceer�ings.. Thereupon the Beard pr�wceed to award the damages
<br />sustained and to aseeses the benefits accuring to each piece,*f property upon said list.
<br />It was thereupon,upon motion duly made and seconded anal. unanimously adopted.,resolved that sd
<br />said list together with the amounts of benefits and damages and net benefits and net damages
<br />therein set f41.1rth as to the several parcels of land be adopted and ordered spread upon this
<br />record by refeerence,and that the respective amounts of benefits contained in said lists be A
<br />and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of land as specifically set fe ath in said
<br />lists,and that the respective amounts of da-magus contained in the said listsbe and are herey

<br />land or interest,anc hereby fixes said respected net benefits as the amount that shall be
<br />paid by the respective owners an bene!efits,and further hereby fixes the respective net damage
<br />as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of trie respective
<br />tracts as dam&t}es. ,Thereupon, upon. motion duly wade and seconded and unanimously adopted,
<br />the 10th.daay of November 1910 was fixed an the day on which this Board will receive or
<br />hear remonstrances from persons with'regard to the amounts of their respective awards ear
<br />assessxsentas.and the Clerk_ of trlis Board was instructed to prepare and cause to be duly and
<br />legally Pive►n,notices to the owners of each parcel of property, showing the amount of the
<br />assessments or €w€ards,with €a discription of t:,e property af'fected,aand tt:.es date of said
