East on <br />Western to Williams <br />St., South to Four <br />Winds Field <br />SBMA Sci-Fy <br />Street Closure <br />November 9, <br />Century Center to <br />Maradik/Miller <br />Parade <br />for Special <br />2019; 4:00 p.m. to <br />Michigan St., back <br />Event <br />5:00 p.m. <br />to Century Center <br />APPROVAL OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR ENCROACHMENT — LA FONDA DE LA <br />MIAMI <br />Mr. Gilot stated an application for a Revocable Permit has been received from Kenya Grayeda <br />for the purpose of placing a sign in the right-of-way at La Fonda de La Miami St., 2007 Miami <br />St. The encroachment shall remain in the right of way until the time as the Board of Public <br />Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that such encroachment is in any way impairing <br />or interfering with the highway or with the free and same flow of traffic. Upon a motion made by <br />Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the Revocable Permit was approved. <br />TABLE AND APPROVE CONSENTS TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of the following Consents to Annexation and <br />Waivers of Right to Remonstrate. The Consents indicate that in consideration for permission to <br />tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service <br />to the below referenced properties, the applicants waive and release any and all rights to <br />remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexations of the properties by the City of <br />South Bend. Ms. Martin, Clerk of the Board, asked that the first two (2) be tabled. Upon a <br />motion by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the below Consents to Annexation <br />and Waivers of Right to Remonstrate were tabled. <br />A. 51789 Hannigan Drive — Water/Sewer <br />B. 20260 Kiefer Way — Water/Sewer <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the below listed Consents to <br />Annexation and Waivers of Right to Remonstrate were approved as submitted. <br />C. 20132 Darden Road — Water <br />D. 53872 E. Marshall Drive —Sewer <br />RATIFY APPROVAL AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTOR, EXCAVATION, AND <br />OCCUPANCY BONDS <br />The Division of Engineering Permit Department recommended that the following bonds be <br />ratified pursuant to Resolution 100-2000 and/or released as follows: <br />A.
