Our computer <br />program selects the names of one -twelfth (1/12) of 50% of all BCRC cardholders for update each <br />month. No one will be tested in this system more than once per calendar year.. We want to re- <br />emphasize that your selection for a test is purely a random one. You will be taking the same test <br />which you initially took when you received Your BCRC card. <br />In order to avoid any potential interruption in the status of your card, you must be tested by <br />no later than the 15th of (Month), 200. <br />On the 23 rd of each (Month), (or the next work day) all BCRC participants who are working <br />may have their BCRC cards "swiped" on their jobs in order to determine if they are "available" or <br />.'not available" under the BCRC Program.
