11II IEIR TAIN 11I YOUR PROJECT We reviewed the available plans, visited the site, and met with you to discuss this project. Our RPR has a complete understanding of all project elements that are included in the Olive Street reconstruction project. We understand Olive Street will be reconstructed from Prairie Avenue to the railroad south of Tucker Drive and will include construction of a 3-lane roadway section with a lane in each direction and center turn lane. The project elements will include: 10 inch concrete pavement, 6 inch No. 53 compacted aggregate subgrade, integral curb, storm sewer, sidewalks, HMA patching, and sod. Key items during construction include access along the corridor and early identification of any unknown utility/storm sewer conflicts. W Pfe W Sample S1 m 8 V7 n3 W Ewing Ave W Ewing Ave MANAGING THE MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTIONS FOR RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES We understand the project will include three phases. » Phase 1—Storm sewer construction and reconstruct northbound half of Olive Street. Maintain traffic in one-way northbound utilizing the southbound pavement. Access shall be provided to all properties. » Phase 2—Traffic will shift to newly constructed pavement and maintain Northbound traffic. Construction of Indiana Court shall be phased in order to allow access to Olive at all times. » Phase 3—Includes all remaining incidental work. The established detour route will utilized Sample Street to SR 23.
