contributions). The undersigned Employer agrees to accept Annuity Fund's Rules and <br />Regulations, as amended from time to time. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />TRAINING TRUST FUND <br />Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the <br />Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown in Article <br />XXXI. Payment shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with <br />the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Training Trust <br />Fund. The Employer may submit funds electronically. <br />Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust <br />entered into and dated April 1, 1968, establishing the Indiana Laborers Training Trust <br />Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement. <br />Section 3. The Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance <br />with all provisions of applicable law. <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />VOLUNTARY LABORERS POLITICAL LEAGUE (LPL) CHECK -OFF <br />Section 1. The Employer may deduct and transmit to the Laborers Local #41 Political <br />Fund and/or Laborers Local #81 Political Fund $.05 for each hour worked from the wages <br />of those Employees who have voluntarily authorized Laborers Political League (LPL) <br />contributions or the amount normally deducted in each applicable Local Union or District <br />Council Agreement. The Employer shall retain two percent (2%) of the proceeds of the <br />LPL check -off to cover its reasonable administrative expenses in administering the check- <br />off. Transmittals shall occur monthly, and shall be accompanied by an indication on the <br />benefit reporting form of those Employees for whom such deductions have been made, <br />and the amount deducted for each such Employee. <br />Section 2. The Laborers International Union of North America Locals #41 and #81 agree <br />to indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from any and all claims, actions and/or <br />proceedings arising out of said Laborers Political League. <br />14 <br />
