IV. REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CAPITAL FUND - TRANSFER <br />On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams, and unanimous- <br />; ly carried, the Commission approved the recalling of Investment of <br />$100, 00, or part thereof, from Redevelopment District Capital Fund <br />to be used in Project Expenditures Account. <br />V. 1962 BUDGET ESTIMATE <br />On mo ion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Louis, and unanimously <br />carri d, the Commission approved the proposed City budget estimate <br />amoun ing to $236,550 of which $137,500 is for the BOND FUND. <br />VI. 1ESOLUTION NO. 31 <br />Upon notion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the Com- <br />mission approved the Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />commission approving the undertaking of surveys and plans for the <br />Chapir Street Redevelopment Project under the Three - Fourths Capital <br />Grant Formula. Resolution No. 31 is hereby attached and made a <br />part f these minutes. <br />VII.
