3. Corporate Background <br />Thank you for allowing Johnson Mel loh Solutions (JMS) to eva I uate your Centra I Fire Station <br />building located at 1222 South Michigan Street. We are the state leader in rooftop solar (pv) <br />solutions and are confident that we can successfully complete your Guaranteed Energy <br />Savings project. Saying that, we look forward to hopefully earning the City of South Bend's <br />business. <br />As of 2019, JMS now is part of Vere (www.veregy,com) and we are one of the largest <br />ESCO's, solar and roof top solar providers in the country, As a Guaranteed Energy Savings <br />provider, we have cor-npleted over $1.4 billion worth of energy savings projects, optimized <br />1000's of buildings, saved over 6 billion kWh's, of energy, saved over 18 billion gallons of <br />water and have restored or replaced over SO million square feet of roofing. Likewise, we <br />now provide alternative energy and guaranteed energy sol u!t ions in 13 states. John Hobbes <br />is our CEO and we are in the process of becoming a nationally accredited ESPC. <br />Our corporate mission statement is "Energy Optimizations, Delivered. Madison Grant Schools-1.2 megawatt solar & LED <br />9. Madison Schools -roof work followed by roof top solar, LED lighting <br />10. Mill Creek Schools-330 kW solar <br />11.
