Mr. Duff said he is willing to <br />look at any option. <br />Mr. Schalliol agreed that Christopher Burke <br />can design some options and the city will <br />consider them. He added that the properties <br />that are most opposed to acquisition are at <br />the southern end of the project and present <br />the most design challenges. Mr. Durr added, <br />from an engineering standpoint and regarding <br />the two alternatives, in an engineering <br />opinion, the first four properties need to be <br />acquired; the first four north of the Tyler - <br />Glen property on the east side. To the north <br />of that it becomes largely a driveway and <br />drainage issue. <br />Mr. Downes asked when a decision needs to <br />be made in order to avoid the problems of the <br />increased traffic volumes and to make sure <br />the TIF funding is in fact available. Mr. <br />Schalliol responded that in order to have <br />Fellows open by the time the state's road is <br />opened acquisitions need to be done in early <br />spring 2013. <br />Mr. Downes again asked for a specific time <br />by which a decision needs to be made, one <br />way or the other. Mr. Inks responded that it <br />is a complex question. It depends on how <br />quickly the acquisitions can proceed and <br />whether there are challenges to the <br />acquisition.
