The firm's local plans in the <br />interim <br />changed substantially, resulting in,their <br />moving <br />out of town. If their action had been -con- <br />sidere <br />s a possibility during planning, -a proposed <br />tentat <br />street system would have been included.in <br />., "the p1 <br />Lnn. South Bend Supply Company has purchased <br />;-the tr <br />of land and has presented a tentative site <br />..develo <br />nt plan requiring access roads.
